What we do
.Our advice is built for situations where reputation, stakeholder, regulatory and organisational risks intersect, and where the path forward isn't obvious.
In a crisis, a restructuring or under intense scrutiny, the commercial pressures need to be managed alongside the reputational ones. We have been in those rooms, advising boards, guiding CEOs, managing media and working alongside lawyers and other external advisers, through some of the most difficult situations Australian organisations have faced.
We have worked inside government, and we have advised clients through some of the most contested stakeholder, regulatory and policy challenges in the country. Our advice starts with how decisions actually get made, not how they appear to get made.
We help organisations decide what to say, when to say it, and when to say nothing. Our work covers reputation strategy, media handling, and financial and M&A communications. We have direct relationships with senior news and business editors and journalists across the major Australian mastheads.
The first months in a new role are the ones that count the most. We have advised leaders through some of the most demanding transitions in Australian corporate and public life. What we offer is a confidential sounding board: someone to workshop thinking with, pressure-test decisions before they are made, and bring perspective from many transitions to one that is brand new.
